Joyce holds an MBA from Duke and UBC, a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and is certified in real estate investment analysis. Outside of work, she is a mom of two, currently the PTSA treasurer at our school, a Girl Scout troop leader, and on the board of Seattle Chinese School.
