Grab some tea, get cozy, and join us for a fireside chat. TAP-LA and TAP-Seattle commit to create a safe space discussion that normalizes conversations about the ongoing hate crimes and harassment against the Asian Americans and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Community. #StopAAPIHate

5. Criticize ideas, not individuals and keep the focus on the conversation

7. Respect the silence that comes with thinking, learning, and processing
8. Avoid assumptions about others and recognize that not all values align
9. Lean into discomfort
10. Expect that we will leave/end with session with unanswered questions
