TAP-Seattle Rattlesnake Ridge Hike

Come hang out with TAP members and friends and enjoy the sun on this easy-moderate hike at Rattlesnake Ledge! Enjoy breathtaking views of Snoqualmie River Valley and Rattlesnake Lake. All fitness levels welcome!

Location: Snoqualmie Pass – North Bend area
Distance: ~4 miles round trip
Elevation gain: 1160
Difficulty level: easy-moderate
Pets: dogs welcomed on leash

Time: 4-5 hours
Cost: No pass or permit required!
Parking: There is a parking lot at the trailhead. If the lot is full, you can park on the side of the road
Gear: Hiking or athletic shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, snacks
Features: Lakes, old growth, mountain views, ridges/passes

If you need a ride, meet us at the Eastgate Park and Ride, otherwise, meet us at the trailhead (GPS coordinates below). From the Rattlesnake Lake parking lot, follow the dirt path down to the trailhead (located by the bathrooms and the signs displaying the trial maps). Please arrive on time! We will start hiking promptly at 10:15am. Feel free to bring snacks or lunch to eat at the top!

If there is interest, we can go grab food somewhere on the Eastside after the hike!

10am Arrive at the Rattlesnake Lake parking lot
10:15am Start hiking to Rattlesnake Ledge
11:30pm Reach Rattlesnake Ledge
12:30pm Leave Rattlesnake Ledge
1:30pm Leave the Rattlesnake Lake parking lot

Driving Directions to the Rattlesnake Lake parking lot:
Trailhead GPS coordinates: Latitude N 47 deg 26.159” Longitude W 121 deg 46.071”
From Seattle drive 32 miles east on I-90 to exit 32 (436th Avenue SE).
Turn right (south) on 436th Avenue SE (Cedar Falls Road SE) and drive
about 4 miles to the well-developed Rattlesnake Lake parking area on
the right.
