Description: We will be learning how to make mochi-like mini-mooncakes with the assisstance of teachers from FASCA and TECO. Supplies included in cost. Afterwards, enjoy a tea history and tasting class by Jason Chen of Smacha.
We will start with an introduction of the Mid-Autumn Festival before we split into separate groups making mooncake and performing tea tasting.
