The venue is located on the 41st floor, same level as the Space Needle with the same magnificent view of Seattle skyline.
Thinking about buying a house in the Greater Seattle Area? Wondering if Seattle housing price is too high? Worrying whether now is the right time to buy with limited inventory and the prevalence of bidding wars? Housing prices has recovered about 50% from the most recent bottom, and Seattle has benefitted from existing world-class knowledge-based ecosystem, job creation, relative cost advantage, and the influx of Chinese investors. But with uncertainty created by the drop in oil prices, slowdown in Chinese economy, devaluation of RMB, turmoil in Chinese stock markets, rising interest rates, and shortage of housing inventory in Seattle, what is the future of the housing market in Seattle? Come learn from Y.P. Chan, Principal of Chanden Inc., who has over 20 years of experience in successful real estate investments and equity management. Y.P. will discuss what investors need to do in order to benefit from the upside of this changing market while hedging against risks.
